The space was larger than I expected from the pictures and the location is great. Very clean and comfortable and the hosts are fantastic. I highly recommend this property.”

“Great space! No living room, so we had a "living" bedroom and then the bedroom quarters. Lots of stairs for unit 6 for my old pooches, but I liked being upstairs! Felt safe and secure here. Walkable to downtown and to the historic district with really cool houses!”

“Matt and Rachel were fantastic providing exceptional communication including Burfwr Battle recommendations. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice.The backyard was perfect for Herbie and Kirby, our Bichons, and they had a lovely stay as well, that included a memory foam.bed provided by Matt and Rachel. The location is a nice older neighborhood near Sanford. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get downtown. Thanks...
