The only downside is we were very surprised with 2 night stay in a 3 bedroom there was no backup toilet paper supply at all, in either bathroom, so our guests (just our adult kids so they survived) were left with Kleenex use at the end of stay in the half bath. Also, thankfully we had paper towels in our car that we brought in to refill as that also had no backup stock. The inside was beautifully decorated but with a modern update including the kitchen with all the conveniences. Everything we needed was there. We loved sitting on the porch in the lovely wooden rockers and watching the hummingbirds at the feeders and other birds and wildlife as well as golfers on the course.
