“There were 8 of us and we all had a wonderful stay. The boat was a perk we really enjoyed! We fished, we cooked, we laughed. We saw deer, a coyote, lots of great blue herons. Some played pool and some played pacman while enjoying records on the turntable. Highly recommend this place!”

“Our first night was unexpectedly hot since the air conditioner was not working, but Daniel worked quickly to get it fixed as soon as possible. Really appreciate how responsive he is, and at least there were fans in most of the bedrooms and an extra box fan that came in very handy! “House looks as if it was recently redone. The bed rooms are big and roomy. The house it self is fine. The rooms in front of the house gets all the traffic noise, on the weekend a lot of loud music in cars going by until late into the evening, which I understand is out of the home owners control. Not the cleanest neighborhood, again out of the owners control. Overall an good stay.”

“Charming, historic, craftsman style home. I loved that the owners did not alter the original hardwood floors, trim & kitchen built-in cabinets. The creeking floors added to the nostalgic charm. Clean interior. Every bedside table had ports available for charging any electrics, that was a very nice convenience. The bathroom tub & shower could be updated to have a more fresh/clean appearance, but overall this home was a very nice place to stay & in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We arrived late...

“My friends and I needed a place to stay for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect place! We loved having a full bath on each of the 3 floors and appreciated how quiet and residential the area was. It was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the "bedrooms" is located at the back of the top floor landing...

“This house is much bigger than it looks from the outside! Very clean! No bugs or unwanted critters, considering it is right next to a beautiful creek. The only thing we missed was having some ambient lighting, some table lamps or something other than the overhead lighting everywhere. But maybe theft has been a problem for the owner in the past (?) Also know that if you plan on arrive any earlier than 4pm, check in with the owner for permission, because the door will not open until EXACTLY 4pm....
