“The house is set up for little ones and big ones. It was almost sad to leave the house and go out and about because it was so thoughtfully furnished and laid out. They are in the middle of remodeling and it is beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were hoping for! Coffee bar was perfect!”

“Would give a higher than 5 rating if possible, absolutely floored with the beauty of the property and home. Also, the ease of access to the home and responsiveness of the host was second to none. Made so many new memories with our family there. Highly recommend, worth every penny and we will absolutely be back! ”

“1905 middle-class home in a trending up neighborhood. Jocelyn & Ernesto have done wonders bringing modern conveniences into this home from a time when horses reigned and electricity was unknown. The home is close to restaurants (CampoMar & The Pump House Riverside are jewels) and the Guadalupe River and its parks and historic homes.3 bedrooms - the upstairs master king bed was extremely comfortable and the walk-in shower worked well. “The House itself was awesome, besides the roach we found in the master bathroom. But overall very clean. Only issue was when we left owner contacted me with issues of dog hair on blankets and immediately changed rules on his side of the app. Charged me with buying brand new bedding for his house. So don’t bring your dog here or you will be charged with a double pet fee. Other wise great house!”
