“I’ve stayed in many places on DC over the last three decades, but this is in my top three for quality, and first for value. It’s less than half an hours walk from Potomac Yard (which has the best supermarket, don’t use the closer one) and I can’t fault it. Trying really hard to find something wrong, the shower pressure could be better!”

“The home was centrally located just off the highway. There are MANY steel steps to enter the home, just be aware of traveling with older parents or small kids. It is right on the water with a dock which was great for fishing. We spent most of the time sitting on the back deck enjoying the view. The kitchen needed some things- no toaster, baking sheet or larger nonstick frying pan and very little silverware. The property manager was great and responded very quickly- even had a repair person over...

Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! “This was a clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is good but does require a car to explore the city and pick up groceries. Parking was easy and free. The balcony was a nice place to sit as the temperature got warmer. Air conditioning was very effective. Would stay again.”

“The building is old so it isn't very appealing from the outside. However the room itself was very clean and cute. It had everything you could need for an extended stay. We did not utilize the bikes or the extras. The parking for us and it's location was not ideal for us. We would have liked to park onsite. The parking is across the street next to a 711, so it isn't secured or monitored. Consequently our car was hit in the parking lot overnight. To be fair I supposed it could have happened...
