“We hosted a wonderful family reunion at this lake Conroe home in April sound. We rented a boat and it was great to be able to tie up at the dock right in front of the house.The house is a little older, but generally well maintained. There are LOTS of stairs… The only caveat is the 5th sleeping area is just an extension of the breakfast room, not a real bedroom.Overall, had a fantastic weekend and will likely return in the future”

There is no dining table inside, so one must brave the outdoors to eat on the gorgeous covered front patio. “Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...
