“We were looking for a place to go off the grid for the weekend, just us 6 friends hanging out. This was the best place we could ask for! It was clean, rustic, and had everything we needed to grill, sit around a fire, and relax.PS actually off grid, no wifi and no cell service. Screenshot door code and instructions before your trip.”

“Central to everything we were there for in Louisville and across the river in Jeffersonville. Easy parking and walkable to some excellent food and beer. Very quiet neighborhood and building. The bed was super comfy memory foam and the water pressure strong. It’s up a long flight of indoor stairs so for anyone with mobility issues…this is not the place…otherwise it’s a great quiet corner of Louisville. ”

“Highlight of this property is definitely the outdoor space! We greatly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor seating, and fenced in yard.The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood minutes from Louisville. Garage space available for use. Towels, blankets, and dishes were well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially for families and travelers with pets.”

“Very pleased with our living arrangement during our stay in Louisville for a work conference. The building was clean, staff friendly, and room as described. The unit was in great condition, well staged and clean. Having a functioning kitchen, laundry unit, and secure parking was fantastic for our stay.”

“This property exceeded all our expectations. The views were spectacular and the comfort and space for 3 couples and a small dog were perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Personally, I wouldn’t bother going down to the beach as the walk down was very treacherous and steep - I would drive 5 mins and enjoy Sargent Bay instead. The house is conveniently located closed to so many great hikes and beaches as well as shopping. We requested an early access and Heathers graciously...

“Had a great time at the cabin. It is beautiful and well taken care. We were there with our friends and the guys had a lot of fun fishing in the pond. Will definitely go back again.”

“My friend/business partner and I were in town for GAMAExpo at KICC. The carriage house was wonderful. We each had our own queen bedroom and bathroom and there was even a 3rd bedroom we never used. The home was very clean, spacious, and even had a garage for us to use. Hosts were very communicative. Highly recommend!”

“Great time close to lake and cabin was exactly as described”

“Very nice and clean stay. Excellent communication:).Would recommend noise machines in the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable but the road was way busier than we realized. Ive driven through Louisville many times on 65 but never spent time to know the area.”
