“We had a great stay, and the owners were fantastic. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for 4 people, and everything worked properly. You can enjoy a nice walk down the property to the lake or grab some wood for a fire. Great listing for a nice little getaway. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very well kept property that had everything to make our stay comfortable & relaxing. Beautiful views on the deck & lots of wildlife to watch. Our dogs loved the glass doors so they could watch all the squirrels & chipmunks. Beds were comfy with coffee and a traditional drip coffee maker ready for us when we woke up (we are not big on Kurigs). Had fun visiting Wild Turkey, Woodford & Four Roses which are all super close to the lake house.”

“Absolutely loved this little cabin!! It was perfect for my needs! Karen was a lovely host and very kind when I locked the wrong door! The two small dogs with us enjoyed the enclosed area for them! Thank you Karen and I will definitely look at this place first, the next time I need a place to stay in this area!! ”

“Sundance Acres was the perfect get away for our family of three. The home itself is clean and beautiful. The property itself is peaceful and extremely well maintained. We enjoyed fishing and the fire pit each night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and every convenience was available. The owners were highly responsive to any question we had, but overall, they have already thought of everything needed to make your stay easy and worry free. Check in...

“This home had it all! The perfect set up for all ages. We utilized the pool, hot tub, game room and had a movie night. We cooked dinners 3 out of our 4 nights and went for walks so the kids could see horses and cows. We explored nearby towns and found distilleries, golf courses, boutiques/shops and good restaurants and bakeries. We worked from the sunroom and out by the pool. We will definitely be back. The perfect place to get away!”

“We showed-up and there was no water!!! The city came through the day before replacing water meters on the street and turned off the water. The host/manager were all over it and they had the water turned on in less than an hour.Great job!!! Great stay!!! We'll be back!!!”
