"I had a mixed experience staying here. On the positive side, the breakfast was good with decent coffee, and I appreciated the shared facilities like the kitchen, water refill stations, and common areas, even if they were sometimes a bit messy. The gym was clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus. It was also convenient to have access to a laundry room and a terrace. However, my room was unfortunately not up to standard. It was very dirty upon arrival, with spider webs, hair, dust, and visible stains on the floor. This was quite disappointing and honestly not acceptable for the price, especially if the property is marketed as a hotel rather than a hostel. The room was only cleaned on the second day after I had to inform the staff. When I reported the issue around 5:00 PM, I was told that housekeeping was no longer available for the day, so I had to wait until the following day for the room to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. I also did not receive fresh towels, even though I followed the instructions and left the sign out requesting a change on my second-to-last day. No one came to replace them. Overall, the common areas had potential, but the cleanliness of the room needs serious improvement. "
