“Unlike most people who come here to relax, we were doing a Mississippi road trip and used it as a base to explore the area. It is in a great location near a main road, but because of all the woods around it you feel isolated. It was a great place to chill after a day of touring. We loved the back porch swing.”

“Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.”

“This property is an awesome vacation getaway spot. Ideally located close to Baton Rouge, with many convenience stores and local cuisine within 10-15 minutes of the house. My fiancé and I came with 4 of our kids aged 3 to 14 and had 2 friends with their 3 boys aged 16-22.There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. The boys fished right off the dock and were catching catfish. We ended up renting a pontoon boat from the owner, Emmett, and were delightfully...
