Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. “The bed was terrible compared to last time I can and the room was sooo hot but last time I came it had a fan I come to Boston regularly and I’ll still be booking in but if this could just be fixed but overall it was fantastic apart from not having a fan and the bed being not tidy and bathroom messy with no handwash ”

“Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again ”

“The property is very clean and well kept. You are given towels and you have full use of the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. I'd like to recommend this to the owners of the property: Put a towel in the kitchen. You have to call them so they can give you a code to the key, it'd be so much convenient to maybe add a whatsapp option or even email as not everybody has a UK phone number and not everybody can communicate in English. ”

“We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...

“Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. “Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. ”

“We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"Second time I stayed here. Bed is good and firm. But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains. Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway. Bathroom needs to be updated. Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one. Wall paper is coming off in the room. No power outlets by the bed, not even usb. Dirty windows. I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it. It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky. A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs. Positive: Free parking and nice personnel in the morning. I gave it two chances. First time was bad, second worse. Too bad because the location is quite suitable. "
