“Every thing was very tip top”

“Mycket trevligt hotell med bra bemötande.”

“Nice hotel with a great location on Brayford. The staff are helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Only downside is that if you get a connecting room you can hear everything in the next door room!”

Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her.”

“Hotell i ”gammal engelsk stil” bra rum och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge - nära stationen.”

“Trevligt rum!”

“A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area .”

The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...
