“The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.”

“An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but...

“Me and 9 friends stayed here for the weekend and we had a fantastic stay! Great facilities, the house had everything you could expect and was a lovely walk from the local village. The outside space was fantastic, with a beautiful pond to sdmire with your morning coffee and horses and ponies greeting you outside the kitchen window! Easy check in and out and great communication with the hosts! I would highly recommend Daniels accomodation Extra binus for the beautiful outwide soace”
