“The property on Lake Mcqueeny was really nice! Better than the pictures. The house was fully loaded with extras like s'mores fixings, dog toys, and loads of keurig pods. We enjoyed the view even though there was some work being done on the dock. The owners are close by and eager to answer any questions.”

“It is a nice place to unwind. It was well equipped. We were able to use the grill and outdoor areas. Great river access with kayaks and fishing. The only draw back was the house next door. Very noisy even after quiet hours. Overall it was a great place for family. ”

“This charming home is perfect for a family vacation. I rented it because of the backyard but the home itself was very charming and comfortable and had everything we needed. “A little issue with check-in but would do it again”

“The house is exactly as advertised. It is in the heart of downtown New Braunfels and within walking distance of food, music and shopping. The home is 123 years old, very clean and beautiful! We had family stay ages 7 to 73 and everyone was happy with the house. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“House was comfortable and clean. Not far from Alamo and Pearl neighborhood. The cleaning crew was a little rude and came right at 10am so it was a little rushed departure.”

“Close and convient to family. My family hade a great time. The common rooms worked great to for the entire family. Good space overall. Backyard is also a joy weather permitting of course. Would stay again.”

“Unbelievable HEAT WAVE hit during our stay. 104 degree heat!!! We were cool and comfortable inside. I was really nervous about our sleep because of the heat, but I need not worry. Loved the shelves in the bathroom...btw thanks for the nicer toilet paper. The towels smelled so good. The shelf/seating area in the living room was PERFECT!! It was so helpful with our luggage. Very quiet neighborhood. Oh and the lights outside on the timer...not only did it help us find "home" at night, but...
