“You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy....

The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. “we had such a peaceful weekend getaway here! the river views were absolutely stunning — seriously one of the best parts of the stay. the house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with everything we needed to relax. communication with the owner was super fast and smooth, which made the whole experience stress-free.the only heads up is that since it’s right by the river, there were quite a few mayflies around in the evenings — but that’s just nature being nature! we stayed inside after...

“Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 young people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat, and the pier worked great to tie up the boat. The property was well furnished inside and out for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the water with the boat either swimming, tubing or simply cruising to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.”
