“I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. He helped us with the hot bath and sauna. This facility is great to have in the same place so we didn’t need to go outside. The city is like a village and very nice and friendly people. “Very dirty cleaning. Even when we asked them to clean our room when we arrived it was still dirty. All workers don’t communicate in English which made some trunks when we called them to let them know we arrived late after check in time. ”
