“I booked this for my Fiance who flew from Naples, Fl to visit her father for Father’s Day. He is in an assisted living facility. She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable. The furniture had stains and the bedspread was stained as well. Both tv’s in the room did not work. She went back to the front desk and asked if she could move to a different room. “Pool NOT open! Room had liquor top from previous guests still in room! Breakfast consisted of bagels (ONLY ONE KIND TO CHOOSE FROM) and dry cereal. THATS IT FOR BREAKFAST!! Parking lot had TONS of potholes!! My husband asked if they needed them fixed and the front desk man looked at him and said NO! When we came back down they had patched the one hole at the entrance and left the remaining of the parking lot with holes!!! We stayed a total of 6 days!! I only chose this hotel in hopes of using...

“Jonery is an apartment complex located in Charlotte, North Carolina’s trendy Arts District that allots of portion of their one bedroom and studio spaces for room rental.
They require you to pre-check in online which I did. I knew that I would be arriving after the 5PM which is when their website noted a life staff member leaves.
For two days during business hours, I left emails. I left voicemails….called excessively and no one ever answered or responded.

“Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed.”
