“Was a nice quiet stay and very friendly staff .pool was great! Would love to have had a coffee pot.”

“As stated in the property description, this is a rustic studio. But it was also exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, clean, and right across the street and next door to a restaurant. More importantly, it had a great park around the corner to view the eclipse and was right down the street from a car repair place to fix our tire. The owner's are new to the process, so communication took a bit of work. They are lovely folk, and totally deserve the chance!”

“We will absolutely come back to yhis place. Would recommend this to anyone we meet. If they want peace seren and bueaty this is your place. No Tvs so you have to spend time with each other. Which is just what we needed. ”

“Great house, very clean and Eric was great with anything that was needed. I've been staying at this house for several years during our annual dove hunt in the area. Always look forward to coming back every year. Cathy is a fantastic host.”

“House was nice easy to locate in a quiet area. The only issue was the bedding was washed in heavly scented detergent which was an issue gor my Aunt with asthma. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer so we could wash them again with unscented detergent. The grill was nice to have especially since there is no close restaurants. ”

“We stayed for a family funeral and the owner was so accommodating and kind. She even left a sweet card that meant a lot to us. The pictures online do NOT do this property justice. It’s so peaceful and a great property to spend quality time with a larger group. Each room was beautifully decorated and so clean. They are well stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host communicated so quickly during the entire booking and stay process. Highly recommend. ”

“The pictures give you a great idea of the property. The house was very clean and the A/C kept the house very cool. The house sits in a great location in Sabinal. Definitely will use this place again next time I am in Sabinal. ”

“We needed a place to stay while doing a job in Uvalde. This house was perfect! Nice and cozy place to return to after long days of work. Highly recommend! ”

“It definitely needs some fixing up but overall was exactly what we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our dog was comfortable there too since it's quiet. No riffraff around. Laundry on site and plenty of restaurants around. There are no pots and pans or dishes so if you plan on cooking go by the dollar store and get stuff. Will definitely stay there again!! ”

“loved it - be sure to bring your own kitchen cutlery and maybe plates - keurig on site for coffee, but may want to bring your own coffee stuff if you'd rather do something else - thank you for letting me get there early for the eclipse”
