This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $200 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

The entire home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

You are renting the entire duplex home (both units). Each unit has it's own separate entrance, but they are connected from inside the laundry room in the back of the home.

This unique home features 2 kitchens, 2 driveways, 2 dining areas, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 sets of laundry machines, 4 spacious bedrooms, and a huge (fenced) backyard.

A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

★ ENTIRE DUPLEX HOME ★
The home is a unique, attractive brick duplex located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, located in one of the oldest streets in Shelby Township. This home has 2 entrances in the front. Each side of the home connect in the laundry room in the back, but share doors for privacy. This home is ideal for large groups who wish to stay together, but value their own privacy.
