This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

We incur a 3% charge for processing payments and an additional 3% charge for refunding payments. This fee is passed on to our guests.

Guest Access:
The entire home unit is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The only part of the duplex that you’ll be sharing is the laundry room & backyard, but it comes with private laundry appliances and outdoor seating area.

The home is a part of the attractive brick duplex. You’ll be sharing the laundry room and the backyard with guests in the other part of the duplex. Please be so kind as to respect your pals.
