“I’m sure the inside of the property was nice. But, when we arrived at the building, we decided not to get out of our car. The area did not look safe. The building looked rundown with broken windows, and AC units hanging out of them, the road itself was full of potholes and trash. The “gated parking lot” looked like a dump. “Upon arrival, we had difficulty communicating with the owner. There had been a payment issue but VRBO never told us & any messages the owner was sending never came through. The link to the page that was supposed to contain instructions was broken. We had to contact VRBO and get them to contact the owner, only to find out we had to process a payment to get access. Note - the outside of the building and the parking areas are POORLY maintained. The gated parking is wild. People park any sort of way...

“Very cute and clean loft. The bed was super comfy. The host was very responsive and helpful. The check in process was a little confusing and it was a little hard to locate the building but host helped by sending pictures. Area around the building is a bit sketch but knowing you had to unlock the building to get in made you feel a bit safer. “The only issue we had, was with the front door keypad. It’s unlike any other that I’ve used before. The host was quick to answer the phone call and assist me with getting in.”
