Hotell nära Deusto universitetet i Bilbao

“Helt underbart hotell med bästa läget i Bilbao. Precis intill Guggenheim Museum. Mycket bra service.

Smidig parkering i p-huset 10 min promenad bort.

“The hotel was very central with bilbao city centre just outside the door. It was very fresh, clean rooms and super helpful staff. Breakfast was good with a big assortment from bread, yoghurt to customized omelett.”

“Nice hotel in a good location. The reception staff were very helpful with good recommendations of places to eat and things to see, can’t remember the name of the women who did our check in but she was fantastic and made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered. It was a very nice touch with welcome drink/pinxto at the bar (although not so good service from the man, I believe they should try to upsell so that you stay at the bar for longer but honestly felt like he just expected us to have...

Poolen gav skön svalka under varma dagar.

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel uses a chatbot for check-in, but when the system didn't work, there was no valid phone number to call and no way to reach a real person for help. We were completely unable to contact anyone who could assist us. After spending a long time trying to check in without success, we had no choice but to book another hotel for the night. To make matters worse, this hotel refused to refund our money, even though it was impossible for...

“Rent och snyggt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ok frukost. Mycket centralt läge både nära shopping och gamla stan. Promenadavstånd till Guggenheim museet.”

“Enkelt, rent, bra receptionspersonal”
