âThe front desk staff was very nice and friendly. No one came to straighten up our room and get more towels on our second day. The sheets and pillows were stained and so was one of the towels. The shower was yellow and looked very unclean. Toilet is tiny and so low to the ground. The fridge was nice to have. There was also a Kleenex wedged into the peep hole of the door. No idea how long itâs been there but we didnât want to touch it. If the room was half the price we paid then it wouldnât be so...
âThe hotel has very nice rooms in excellent condition. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a nice outside sitting area in addition to the indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are at least 5 different restaurants within easy walking distance.â
âInitally we were very happy with the stay, great clean room even though the tv didn't start. Fresh bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and the last night there was a birthday party and people were shouting and running in the corridor all night. At 11 pm I went to reception and the guy there said that there had been a party and he asked if we could change room (!). It was our last night and my son was already in bed, we had all our stuff out. Of course we do not want to change room. At 1 am it was still...
âWe stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor.
Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. â
âWas very nice just few things, dresser drawer was broken, and bed was not very comfortable. Id give it a 6 out of 10 . Room we srayed in we heard noise quite a bit and airconditioner was loudâ
