“My husband and I initially chose this property for the price and sauna. However, while we were there you could tell the pride they take in customer service and cleanliness. I’ll take a welcoming/friendly staff and cleanliness over new any day!!! Thank you for a great experience. ”
“We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor.
Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”
“This was a clean, comfortable space in the perfect location. It was walkable to campus, downtown, and nearby to my favorite cafes, bookstores, and shops. I was able to cook in the kitchenette and relax in a way that was more homey than a hotel, and didn't need a car to get around. The Ann Arbor Fall Festival was steps away. Touring the Big House was a highlight of our weekend!”
