“The room was incredibly dirty. The shower/tub didnt drain properly and the dirty water from the pipes would pool in the tub itself, so you couldnt really shower or take a bath properly. Also, there were bed bug stains on the bed! ”

“The room we reserved was very old. We liked the Disneyland details throughout the room. The bathroom, on top of the shower head in the ceiling there was rust around the vent. The room is very small and definitely needs a makeover. Note, we had stated the night before the at Hyatt in San Diego. Staying here was a downgrade. ”
