“The hotel itself was beautiful and very up to date. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, drinks, and gift shop. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for a cheer competition and wanted to stay close to everything in downtown Little Rock. The only downside was the valet service. “The staff was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, and pool area looked clean and organized. TV was frustrating a little and then went out of service but that was a directv issue. Note when booking, this is a valet parking hotel. Arrival line was a little hectic as it is a small area.”
