“The property was clean and had friendly staff. The parking lot is small but there is a dirt lot next to it you can also park in. It was a little disappointing they charge for parking but there isn’t room on the paved lot for all the guests so we ended up in the mud in the dirt lot. On street parking is free so it doesn’t make sense that there is a mandatory parking fee. It is walking distance to the Clinton Library and downtown Little Rock which is nice.”

“The whole key process was simple. The room was great. The stairs were really steep. Railing is really low so nothing to hold on to as you walk down the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice stay.”

“The rooms need a clean update and new paint. You can tell that deep cleaning is not done often. We had to switch rooms because they initially gave us a room where the shower curtain smelled like mildew and the comforter on the bed had a lot of stains on it. Even in the new room, the comforter seat on the bed had a lot of stains in the bed did not look clean. Also, the individual who checked us in was not friendly at all. “The mattress was so stained it was the color of rust. The entire room smelt like an ashtray me and my partner stayed for about five minutes and left and got a different hotel. The conditions of this hotel clean nor safe and it is laughable that they are charging anything for people to stay here.”
