“Extremely loud music in the lobby when checking in! no good breakfast. ok service”

“When we arrived they had already given our room to someone else, so we had to wait around while they gave us a room even though we already paid. Then, the door wouldn’t open and we had to go back down. The kitchen in the suite had no utensils, dishes, or cooking materials. The floor had crumbs all over it and was clearly not well cleaned. There was some weird bandaid thing with a red substance on it stuck to the wall, and the water in the bathroom smelled terrible. The hallway also smelled...

“Great staff, clean, pleasant stay”

“First of all there is no staff. You check in at a kiosk and it spits out a room key. There is no breakfast. It appears the hotel is being remodeled but there at least should be one staff member to greet you.”

“Rooms were clean, front desk was great. The kiddy part of the pool was closed and ice machine weren't working. But they had ice at the desk. Breakfast was good.”

“So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.”

“Reserved a room months in advance. Hotel cancelled my reservation because they overbooked. They still charged me for the room. Expedia couldn’t help. Hotel refused to refund.”

“When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...
