“I arrived a day late to my check in in the morning, I have traveled enough to know that check in is at 3 pm the male at the counter helped me out and got me checked in and in to a room with no issues he was very nice and helpful. I was able to rest and get in right away I would definitely stay here again.”

“I was really disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dickson. From the outside, the property looks great—clean, well-kept, and inviting—but unfortunately, that didn’t carry through once we stepped inside.
The issues started right away with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly fraying, which made the space feel worn and poorly maintained. Even worse, the tiles in both the entryway and bathroom were sticky underfoot—something you definitely don’t want to...
