“Spacious rooms and a warm welcome from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing with multiple choices and the area was quiet with great restauarants arround without ha ong to deal with the tourists on the other sode of the bridge”

“Ett litet hotell med engagerade värdar som hjälpte oss med att ordna garageplats och säkerställa att vi kunde fortsätta sedan på vår roadtrip i Toscana. De hade ordnat med ett bra pris på ett café i närheten för frukost vilket fungerade utmärkt. Rummet var precis lagom stort och lugnt . Vi kunde ta oss snabbt och behändigt till allt vi ville se. ”

“We had a truly mixed experience with this place. Checking in they did not have the correct information about our payment, they thought we already paid (with multiples reservations over a one week trip we didn't keep track as well as we should) so we payed the tax, had to come back to pay for the room, to later get an email that we didn't pay the right amount so after 3 separate payments the bill was finally settled. Then we learn that the second B in b&b must stand for bath or beyond because...

“This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in a very calm part of Firenze but still in the centre. The hotel is located behind a locked gate and once behind it the appartments are in a small garden and it's very peaceful. The service is fantastic, the owner happily helped us with everything we needed help with. Breakfast is so nice and will be served in the garden in nice weather or in the room if the weather is not great or if you prefer it in the room. There are restaurants close to the hotel. The...

“Nice and clean, near the train station and close to city centre. Easy to communicate with the staff through email/chat. ”

“Amazing location - About 2mins walk from Ponte Vecchio and walking distance from all the main attractions. It did feel like an escape room trying to get into the property and you only get the door codes and instructions the day before, but as long as you fully read the instructions its worth it. Our room was clean, with a spa bath. Electric window shutter so quiet”
