Enkel åtkomst till alla skidbackar. Bara 5 minuter till Keystone, 15 minuter till Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin eller Loveland, 25 minuter till Breckenridge och 30 minuter till Vail. Gå till ICE-slottet från slutet av december till februari. På sommaren går du genom parkeringsområdet till sjön Dillon och Marina Park. Också en enkel promenad till den nya $ 8 miljoner Dillon Amphitheatre med show från juni till september. Summit County rekreationsväg ligger precis tvärs över gatan och har över 50 mil med asfalterade stigar för att ta dig till alla städer och aktiviteter i området. Dillon Marina ligger bara några kvarter bort med segelbåt och pontongbåt, SUP och kajakuthyrning. Promenera till restauranger, bryggpub och parker. Den kostnadsfria Summit Stage-shuttle ligger två kvarter bort. En enkel bilresa till City Market, REI, Starbucks, lokala sportartiklar och snöportuthyrning, fler restauranger och bryggpubar och Silverthorne Outlets. Dillon plogar sina vandringsleder på Marina Park på vintern. Leta efter Kite boarders och skidåkare på frysta Lake Dillon. Du kan också boka ett isfiskeäventyr eller ta med din egen licens och redskap.

Great property and very comfortable accommodations . This property has everything you need and then some !We stayed for some shows at the amphitheater and it’s perfect for that .A 7 minute easy walk. We enjoyed staying here so much that next trip to Summit we will be here . No complaints at all and truly loved the property.

Overall we had a GREAT stay and would stay again. Our one disappointment was rhat we expected to have a gas grill that was advertised and it was not there. We has brought food and planned accordingly. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but we had to change part of our dinner to accommodate this.

Perfect location for the amphitheatre

Perfect location to attend a show at the Dillon Amphitheatre. I was able to just walk over to the concerts. Also good access to the lake, and numerous hiking trails.

Nice place

5 nights over Christmas break. Great location for hitting all the resorts, nice convenient liquor store, pub and ski rental place down the street. Nice to have bedrooms on separate floor from kitchen and living room. You can hear footsteps but if you walk softly it’s not bad. For the price this place is a good value. It’s not luxurious but it gets the job done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Dillon Pines rental was a fully functional and convenient stay for a short weekend Summit County ski trip. We had booked a condo in Frisco, but due to a furnace problem had to be cancelled. Summit Resort Group was excellent in communicating and making last minute changes to the Dillon Pines unit. Dillon Pines had easy access and parking. There is a great mud room for ski and snow equipment, but there are stairs between the bedrooms and living areas which may be tricky for some renters. The kitchen is well outfitted for light cooking. The grill did not work, but it appeared to be an easy fix. The only negative is check out. The Summit Resort Group required the keys to be dropped of at the office BEFORE the 10am check out. So you have to plan your day's activities around that drop off. Luckily, we were skiing in Keystone so it was on our way, but if we had been in Frisco or skiing in Breck, this would have been very inconvenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was super easy to communicate with the management office and checkin/check out. The kitchen was actually well stocked with decent cookware and knives as well as basic spices like salt and pepper. We had 4 people that slept very comfortably.My one complaint is that the internet was unusable. It was difficult to connect (didn't get connected until our second day there and had to call the management office to walk us through the process). Once connected, the internet was so slow that none of us actually used it. This was fine since we were just there for the weekend, but if you were planning on working remotely here, it probably isn't going to be a viable option. Overall satisfied with our stay, just wanted to issue that warning.

The unit itself was ok, large living space with everything you need to cook/relax, but the layout was odd and dated. We would use Summit Resort Group in the future for a different unit. The check-in was simple, and Nichole in the office was incredibly responsive and helpful.

1st Time Colorado Experience

The property was perfect for our family of 5. The location was close to many great Colorado sites. We thoroughly enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park and Trail Ridge Road. Also, love the Garden of the Gods. Our kids enjoyed hiking around Dillion and playing in Lake Dillion. We also took the Gondolas at Breckenrighde up to peak 8. It was great first time visit in Colorado and this property was perfect for our family. Hope to be back soon!
