Lake Dillon Condominiums 201 är en härlig slutenhet som ger mer avskildhet och mycket naturligt ljus från extra fönster. Otrolig utsikt över bergen och sjön. 4 sovplatser. Renoverad 2017 i en ren, ljus stil. Öppet kök med lönnskåp och massor av bänkytor. Vardagsrummet har en stor plattskärm, gratis WiFi, en vedeldad öppen spis och rolig Colorado inredning. Gratis WiFi och kabel. Möblerna för matsal och däck 6. Sovrummet har två queen size-sängar, en platt-skärm och ett stort privat badrum med badkar. Det andra badet har en stor sida vid sida med dusch. Ullmatta hela med kakelgolv i kök, bad och entré. Det täckta hörndäcket är ett utmärkt ställe att koppla av och titta på all aktivitet på sjön inklusive vinterkite Boarders. Komplexet har en gemensam badtunna, hiss, biljardbord och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Njut av den enorma gräsmattan på lakefront på vintern eller sommaren och cykelvägen som plöjs på vintern för året om. På sommaren går Summit County rekreationsväg runt sjön och ansluter till alla andra orter. Nära stormarknad, REI, Starbucks, restauranger, biograf, bryggpubar, butiksbutiker och uthyrning av ski / ride. Bara 5 minuter till Keystone, 15 minuter till Copper Mountain eller Arapahoe Basin, 20 minuter till Breckenridge, 30 minuter till Vail. Gå eller kör till Dillon Marina för att hyra segelbåtar, motorbåtar, kajaker och paddleboards. En enkel promenad till fria konserter på fredag och lördag på Dillon Amphitheatre.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very cute and clean. The condos were very quiet. The view from the back deck was gorgeous! We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Wonderful view--but from a shared deck

Lake Dillon condos have a perfect location overlooking Lake Dillon and the Dillon-Frisco bike path. Unit 201 was clean and well-equipped. The only negative was we weren't aware that the deck overlooking the lake was shared with the next-door neighbors. Dave and Pat were pleasant enough--but it would have been good to know in advance.

Just Okay - Condo has a SHARED deck! NO privacy!

It's noisy, as the fire department is VERY close - windows were open because there is no air conditioning. Beds were okay - not great. SHARED deck was a HUGE drawback!

Unfortunately there was construction right outside the unit that started at 7am each day. It was so loud we couldn’t go back to sleep or enjoy the deck during the day. I know it’s not the management company’s fault but some kind of warning or notice would have been nice as I would have booked somewhere else if I knew there was super loud ongoing construction right outside our bedroom window.... We went for a concert and being unable to sleep past 7am or even nap during the day really impacted our trip.

Great location on Lake Dillon

Check in and condo both easy to find - Less than a mile apart from each other. Easy access overall. Condo was great for our two night stay, very spacious for two adults and the view over Lake Dillon is breathtaking. The fireplace was very nice, may just want to recommend or direct folks to purchase wood at King soopers or elsewhere. Close to restaurants and skiing at Keystone, A Basin and Breckenridge. Would definitely return for winter or summer again!

Close but no cigar

Unit was clean, bathrooms and kitchen updated, beds were very comfortable. But the living area funiture cushions were worn out/collapsed making seating very uncomfortable. Weather was too cool to enjoy the deck so left a day early because of seating.

comfy, spacious, beautiful view

we’ve never stayed anywhere other than a hotel, so we were a little nervous on how the process would go but I must say, check in/out was a breeze, our condo was so very spacious and accommodated to all of our needs, the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. we also really appreciated the phone calls from SRG making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, definitely will be using this service again next time we’re in Keystone!
