Marina Place 226 är en bekväm söderläge 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lakefront lägenhet. 8 sovplatser. Stort kök gör underhållning enkelt. Matbord sittplatser 6, kök bar platser 3. Gratis WiFi och kabel. Vardagsrummet har en plattskärm och vedspis. Däck med gasgrill och otrolig utsikt. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten för bekvämlighet. Två täckta tandem-parkeringsplatser. Komplexet har 2 badtunnor inomhus. Observera att poolen mitt i komplexet nu är under uppbyggnad från och med augusti 2019. De 2 badtunnorna i det andra klubbhuset mellan byggnaderna 3 och 4 är fortfarande öppna för användning.

Gå till Dillon Amphitheatre för show från juni till september och Farmers Market. Enheten ligger precis ovanför Dillon Marina och Tiki Bar sommar. Gå nerför den nya marin trappan för att hyra ponton, segelbåt och motorbåtar eller kajaker och stå upp paddleboards. Town Park ligger precis nere på gatan med lekplats, tennis, fält, boccia och basket. Marina Park ligger precis längs rec-banan med lekplats, grillar och picknickbord. Gratis Summit Stage-busstjänst är tvärs över gatan och har tillgång till alla städer och orter. Marina Place ligger på Summit County rekreationsväg. Gå längs sjön och titta på skulpturerna eller njut av över 30 mil med asfalterade stigar. Promenera till restauranger, kafé, bryggpub, nattliv. Mindre än 5 minuter till stormarknad, spritbutik, REI, snöportuthyrning, bryggerier, biograf och Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Bara 5 minuter till Keystone Resort, 15 minuter till Arapahoe Basin eller Copper Mountain, 25 minuter till Breckenridge och 30 minuter till Vail.

It was awesome to be able to walk to the marina and Dillon amphitheater in Less than 10 mins! The condo was more spacious than the pictures showed, and we really enjoyed the amenities and view from the balcony!

Great location

We had a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to walk to the marina in about five minutes and walked to multiple restaurants in less than ten minutes. We rented a a pontoon boat and enjoyed beautiful scenery as we crossed around the lake. The condo was clean and stocked with all necessary amenities. Check in and check out were very fast, easy, and friendly!

We walked all around the area, the restaurants were great and even got some pickleball in. The location was central to our whitewater rafting, ziplining and 14er climbing adventure. A bonus was a free concert our last night a the Dillon Amphitheater.

Great location close to marina and amphitheater. The unit itself hasn’t been updated for a long time. Everything works and was fine, just expect a 1980’s vibe in terms of fixtures, decorating, sliding doors, etc.Location snd convenience superseded any concerns. Pool and spa area are small, but were well kept and appreciated.

Very comfy 2 bed 2 bath

Clean, great view, and great location on the bike path. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Washer and dryer in the unit a plus, which I didn't see advertised in most units. Did have to climb a few stairs to the unit (there may have been an elevator somewhere). Only reason for fewer stars at check in is that it's much more convenient to have code entry and be able to access without stopping somewhere, but office is close by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in Lake Dillon. It was a great location to enjoy the area and Lake Dillon. We had enough space for everyone and enjoyed the option to do laundry. The kitchen had everything you needed too. We were aware of the dated decor but we were disappointed in the saggy beds, dark lighting, peeling wallpaper and mold in the shower stall though. It would be a great place with some sprucing up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy from the time that I booked with the assistance from Nichole Seliga who is very nice , professional and accommodating. The condo does not have updated decor but has everything available. The condo is very clean, the view is beautiful from the balcony. Within walking distance to activities. This is all we needed, nothing top notch fancy, just clean with amenities and it made our family vacation perfect! We hope to be back someday and will definitely stay at Marina Place 226 if available.

Numerous light bulbs out, reported to management and fix. One shower leaked so we were told not to use it which was inconvenient for 5 of us when planning on having 2 showers. Great location, vintage unit but very acceptable.

The deck was fantastic to watch the sunrise and sunset over the lake. What we were disappointed in was the beds. The first morning following our first night of sleep all 4 of us complained that the beds were uncomfortable, and it was difficult to fall asleep because of it. Hammock beds, roll into the middle because it has no support. Otherwise great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this condominium! Incredible views and great location! We watched sailboat races one evening from the deck. We walked to the farmers market,did yoga on the lake and attended a free concert at the Amphitheater on a beautiful mountain evening. My father rented a boat at the Marina and we could paddle board from the Marina too!! Nice big table in the condo for family games! Comfortable beds and very well stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub was incredibly clean. Great covered parking for 2 cars! The only drawback is no elevator.

Great view, comfortable condo and FULLY stocked with everything

Very nice decor, comfy beds. They have everything possible in that kitchen including multiple spices, plastic wrap and lots of utensils. Only small complain is that the place is a little dark, especially the kitchen, but don't let that stop anyone. Its great.

The place has a good view and some amenities. It needs updating though. The electricity doesn't work in half of the smaller bedroom. So, not much light in there. Not much lighting in the kitchen either. The handle on the microwave comes right off. I think a small investment would command higher rates.

Condo with a view

The condo was in a great location. The deck had a great view of lake besides the trees in the way. We had to clean deck to use.. grill pretty dirty too. Overall place was nice, could use some updating. Convenient to have laundry in unit. Was disappointed that there was such an up charge for an early check in…. needless to say did not do that. Pool and hot tub still not open for use. Overall we enjoyed our stay
