  • Summit Ski Chalet är ett stort privathem. Vacker utsikt över bergen från stora fönster. Det är centralt för allt. Privat badtunna och stort parti. Ett bra ställe att underhålla en rolig grupp. Detta 5 sovrum, 5 badrum sover 15. Ett vackert platta granitkök med rostfria vitvaror. På huvudnivå matsal plats 6. Flatscreen, läder soffor, QSS och gas eldstäder i båda vardagsrummen. Stor omslag runt däck. Uteplats med stor privat badtunna. Gratis WiFi och kabel. Huvudsakliga våningen sovrummet har kung. Två fulla hall bad på bottenvåningen, ett med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Gäst sovrum på övervåningen har kung och privat däck. Andra sovrummet på övervåningen har drottning. Fullt övervåningen bad. Garden nivå gäst sovrummet har drottning / dubbla våningssäng, flatscreen, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och privat dusch och toalett. Fjärde gäst sovrummet har en tvilling våningssäng med tvilling trille och flatscreen. Full hall bad på trädgården nivå. Utsikt över bergen och dalen är fantastisk. På en lugn gata i Piney Acres underavdelning i Dillon. Mindre än 5 minuter till stormarknad, REI, sportartiklar, skid- och snowboarduthyrning, parker, restauranger och två bryggpubbar. På sommaren är det mindre än 5 minuter till den nya $ 8 miljoner Dillon Amfiteater med utställningar från juni till september eller Dillon Marina med motorbåt, segelbåt, kajak, SUP lägenheter och Tiki Bar vid sjön. Varje sommar fredag längs sjön promenad Farmer's Market. Njut av Dillon parker, lekplatser och sjön rekreationsväg. På vintern är det bara 10 minuter till Keystone, 20 minuter till Arapahoe Basin, 25 minuter till Copper Mountain eller Breckenridge och 35 minuter till Vail. Ett bra ställe för en återförening av familj eller vänner.

This was our second time staying at the property and we love being able to grill our own meals and enjoy the view from the deck! Great location and nice to be able to bring our dog.

This place was fantastic, and the management was very communicative. Would stay here again. Super cozy home with a lovely fireplace located in a nice quiet neighborhood for walking the dog, but also still centrally located not too far from the interstate. I like how the house had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices and seasonings, etc, for making meals.
Our little dog loved relaxing by the glass front doors!

The space provided & amenities included with our VRBO booking were excellent for a family ski trip! We utilized the hot tub more than once, and were so happy to be able to bring our dog with us on this trip!

I know they were upfront about the stairs but the stairs are uneven, steep and rickety, the stairs and deck need a lot of maintenance. Once inside it was clean and comfortable though. Lots of room.

Great cabin in Dillon!

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a weekend ski trip with some friends. A short drive to multiple resorts. The wrap around deck has amazing views of the mountains. Would stay again!

Excellent Stay for Labor Day!

Our weekend at this lovely property was great. The listing is spot on with the description and everything was very neat and clean. We were very impressed with the hot tub and the quiet community. Easy walk to Lake Dillon and the amphitheater. Everything was perfect!

Nice Property

The condo was great, lots of room, very nice, I think the carpet upstairs was very, very new. Just a really good property, just be prepared to climb some stairs.

Nice place for a summer mt biking get-away

This property had everything we needed—and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. Just a heads-up, if you bring a dog you will have to go up or down a flight of stairs to take it out. It’s also a big flight of stairs from the parking spot to the main entrance when unloading and loading your car.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay! There were lots of towels, dish soap, and garbage bags. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is great....easy access to everything. My only complaint is we don't remember seeing in the description that this house is on a well. We only got that notification a few days before our stay. Every shower, dishwashing, and laundry felt like it needed to be planned and the fear of running out of water with 6 people was ever present. We didn't ever run out, but it was an annoying concern on vacation. Overall, great stay! Good communication with rental agency.

we had no hot water the first day and night which was unpleasant. The house is outdated, needs some TLC, floor boards in the stairs leading to the entrance are loose, don't walk barefoot on the deck. The downstairs King bed is hard as a rock to sleep on, about the only good things about this place, it had a great hot tub and the location was ideal, I would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly had a wonderful stay at this property with family members ranging in age from 2 to 68, plus our dog. The location is excellent, and the layout worked very well for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We were initially concerned about the well water system based on previous reviews, but it ended up being a non-issue as long as we followed the property management's recommendations regarding shower timing.There are a few maintenance items that should be addressed to improve safety for future guests:1) The stairs leading to the front door are somewhat unstable, with a few loose boards that should be repaired or replaced.2) There are several raised or loose boards on the deck that create potential tripping hazards.3) The child/pet gate at the bottom of the stairs was broken and unusable during our stay.4) The north door only remains securely closed when the deadbolt is engaged and appears to need a new latch.A few additional notes for future guests: you may want to bring extra dish towels, as only two were provided, which was challenging for a larger group. We also found that we needed more drinking water for the water cooler than what was supplied, though this was a minor inconvenience.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property and would happily stay here again. The maintenance items noted above are relatively minor and primarily safety-related. As long as guests are attentive, they are manageable, but addressing them would further enhance an already enjoyable experience. The location, space, and overall accommodations made for a fantastic family getaway.

Family Get Away

The house was clean and close to what we needed. I would agree with prior review, the deck sways a lot and could use some tic. Disappointed that the jacuzzi water was green and was not useable. If you offer that then it should be taken care off and cleaned regularly. Other than that it fit our needs.

One quick note- lots of stairs to navigate, which was tough for my older pup who was dealing with a bad shoulder. I had to carry her up and down the stairs to get to the yard and to the car. But once Summit Resort Group learned of her illness/injury - they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported.

The bedrooms were comfortable, the living room and fireplace were cozy, and we enjoyed being together in the open kitchen -dining room. The hot tub was terrific!!!There were a few issues with the dishwasher and coffee pot. Both need to be replaced or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. We would definitely rent again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was accurately described. Very helpful having three full bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The wraparound porch and downstairs porch had plenty of seating and the view was amazing. The location was great for concerts or farmer's mkt and good fo getting out to Breckenridge or silverthorne. Nice grocery store about 1/4 mile away. The only negative was no screens on windows. With no AC, opening windows is a must and in the evening we did have flying bugs come in.

Charming Cozy Cabin

Board games for evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside in the snow. Our family dog had plenty of space to run in the backyard (fyi not fenced). Be very careful on the winter roads by the house- definitely drive the longer way that the leasing office tells you to. 15 minute drive to Copper Mtn and less than 5 mins to grocery, bakery, liquor stores, bowling etc... it was great! Will definitely stay again!!
