“Best hotel ever, so cool and staff was amazing. A must see and visit.”

“Booked a suite but when we checked in and got up to the room, it was not a suite. Went to the lobby they advised that there were no suites available and since I booked through Expedia there was nothing that could be done. I was able to get some bedding to make a pallet on the floor.”

“Everything was great.”

“Clean, nice, great staff!”

“The Bed sucked Lumpy”

“Almost no hot water. Breakfast very limited.”

“Traveled from Wisconsin for my sons AIT graduation wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great place to stay.”

“Found a condom wrapper and use condom in the first room”

“The pictures didn't lie but it wasn't clean and it didn't feel safe so in the middle of the night I asked to move out and get my money back. ”

“Good value for money, central location, you can walk to Broadway and Riverwalk”

We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room.”
