“We’ve stated in this hotel for three years in a row. We loved it, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and it has indoor pool. Also we love the continental breakfast. The only negative is that you have to pay $12 for parking”

“Hotel staff was very friendly and chek in was seamless. Interior of hotel needs some updating. The hallways and rooms are very musty and “wet” feeling. Areas of carpeting need replacement. The stairwell had an unpleasant order.”

“The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”

“The room was super small like a dormitory. It was not worth the price. I got in late around 12 am and it took about 10 mins for someone to open the door. There was a dead cricket in the bathroom.”

“First, the door lock needed batteries when we checked in so we couldn't get in our rooms until someone came and change the batteries. Second, when we got in, the tub in the bathroom was nasty with soap grime and mildew, the bathtub curtain had mold . I took pics and video and we called the front desk it was midnight so we requested someone to come and clean the bathroom and change the curtain at noon on the next day. They came in at 9am knocking loudly on the door to come and change the...

“The room was clean but the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Then it started to beep every 20 seconds. The lights on each side of the bed didn’t work. The shower needs to be updated and the shower curtain had mode on it. The staff I encountered were nice and helpful. For a one night stay was ok. But I wouldn’t recommend stay for several days until they get everything functional.”

“This property is disgusting. We had paid for four nights and ended up only staying one night due to there being bugs in the bed. Our faucet was busted, there was yellow stains all over our sheets. Our bathroom had no door frame. And we had planned with our family member who had just graduated from the army to go back to the hotel and swim, but we cannot do so because there was dead frogs in the pool. The hotel felt so nasty for my kids.”
