“The worst hotel experience I've had, smelly bathroom which went uncleaned, and extremely rude management who lied repeatedly about timelines to justify not compensationg me for a room I had to check out from early. I have stayed here several times before without the slightest complaint. The room wasn't filthy, it just smelled bad, but they did nothing about it aside from trying to very rudely gaslight me, and try to charge me for nights I didn't stay there.”

“The room was nice but I had a hard time getting into the room (144) due to a poor working door handle. It was almost 2 in the morning and it took me 10 minutes to get the door open. Other than that the room was clean the beds were comfortable. ”

“A fabulous place in Moab - great staff, great rooms and a very good breakfast (for North America). We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it to others!”
