Family Vacation
House is truly gorgeous! Plenty of room for our family of eleven. Spent most of our time outside in the beautiful infinity pool, snorkeling, searching for crab, fish and lizard sitings, and kayaking! Our new friends were wonderful and we miss them already!! Christina is the best chef! Every meal she served was delicious and included selections for everyone to enjoy. Super friendly and pleasant to talk with too! BJ was a delight and we learned a lot from him. He quickly became our 4 year old’s best friend! Krisandra was always there to help with anything we needed. Fun to be with and had good ideas to help us decide on activities. Aretha worked hard all day keeping up with fresh towels and a clean home. Cleveland drove us when we left the villa keeping us safe while pointing out areas of interest. There is quite a bit of noise at night and suggest a sound machine or ear plugs. Other than that, we enjoyed every minute!!! Grandchildren want to go again for Christmas!

The best vacation ever in Jamaica!
We chose this house for a vacation with our grown children and their spouses and significant others. It could not have been more perfect. The house features rooms that all have private baths, exquisite views of the ocean and large balconies. I must say that what really makes this a place to choose is the staff. They were gracious and always available and tended to all of our needs. Christina, delighted us with all of her meals and seemed to always be able to anticipate what we would want. We also had a few particular dietary needs/wishes and those were easily accommodated. I just cannot saw enough nice things about Christina. She was simply a joy to work with. BJ, our butler, also outdid himself, keeping the bar flowing both early and late as needed, and helping us make any other arrangements. The entire staff did such a great job that we really rarely needed to ask for anything. All of their efforts, allowed us to have the relaxed time together that we were hoping for. One of the things we enjoyed most was the easy access to the private beach and the amazing snorkeling. Although, kayaks are provided and we thoroughly enjoyed them, do not forget to bring snorkel gear with you because you truly do not want to miss out on it. The pool is lovely with lots of areas to gather or to be alone and provides beautiful photo opportunities. There is some road noise, but we had earplugs and this did the trick, so I would not let that deter you. Truly a perfect vacation.

We stayed for a company retreat of 16 people. Awesome experience. The chef and butler were top notch. Had some water pressure issues but attentive and corrected in 24 hours. Definitely recommend.

This Villa Offered My Family The Vacation of a Lifetime

Enjoyable Vacay
I came with my vacay crew (friends and family). We selected Jamaica and were very pleased with the house, location, private beach and the impeccable staff, which made our stay even more pleasant. It was extremely hot so we spent the majority of our time outdoors. Deanna, the concierge was very accommodating in planning our activities and helping us celebrate our birthdays. Christina the chef ensured our cakes were as ordered and fed us well EVERYDAY! Nakeisha kept our rooms together and Kresandra was there for whatever we needed. I can’t say enough about our butler, BJ. He went above and beyond his duties ensuring our safety in the ocean and making sure the service was perfect! Our drivers Cleveland and Waine were patient as we enjoyed our sightseeing and gave us a memorable tour. The staff was one of the best part of the trips. They allowed us to dance, sing to the wee hours of the night, unlike other VRBOs where all fun stops at 10:00p. Having your own private beach and waking up to breakfast was the highlight! It felt like a real vacation! We truly enjoyed our stay! We shall return! Thank you all!!!

Good location, great property, outstanding staff
We had a great vacation! The location was central to the few outings we made, but we found ourselves spending most of the week enjoying the property. The floor plan was perfect for 6 couples. There were multiple common areas, both inside and out, in which to relax the day away. The view of the bay was outstanding. The staff made our stay even more memorable. They were attentive, flexible, and always available. We dined on the patio for every meal and Christina accomodated our menu and meal time requests. The only memorable negative was the road noise that seemed most noticeable at night. Overall we would definitely return to the Luxe Grand Villa.

One Love
We recently booked this gorgeous villa and absolutely loved everything about it. The chef was phenomenal with every meal and was truly my favorite part. Best vacation EVER!
I was there celebrating my birthday with 11 of my best friends and sisters and it was nothing short of amazing! Christina and Krisandra’s meals everyday were delicious and 5 star. The service we received from Ashoni, BJ, and Kamesha were just like mom would do. So much love and care. Cleveland took great care of us every time we left the Villa. We always felt so safe and cared for. We truly felt like home. We never had to lift a finger! I miss them already and we all wish we could bring them home with us!

Great trip but room for improvement
The scenery on the property is beautiful. The property itself is nice but some upkeep is needed, especially given this is supposed to be a high-end property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The chef cooks extremely well. Covid protocols could be improved as some of staff did not wear masks. Overall it was a good stay, but for the price point there are some areas for improvement

Great Time!!
Hello! Please feel free to edit. The Luxe Grand Villa was the perfect place to escape the cold winter and gather with good friends! The house was beautiful and clean, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. The property was a Jamaican oasis. We spent the majority of our time on the pool deck, the ocean shore right off the pool deck, and the gas fire by night. The butlers matched the energy of our party and provided excellent care from bartending, ensuring the table was prepared for dinner, locating a masseuse to come to the house, and taking us for a tour around the local neighborhood, at our request. They were upbeat, friendly, and well-mannered. In addition, having a chef on the property elevated our experience. Christina is an excellent part of the staff. She prepared delicious meals and accommodated those in our party who had meal preferences. Her dishes were fresh and delicious. She puts her heart into her work and it shows through her dishes and her charismatic personality. We appreciated the work of all the staff who made this vacation exactly that - a vacation. We could not have asked for a better location or staff who felt more like family! We have a few suggestions for the property. One, the pool water was very cold. It was slightly enjoyable during the sunny days, but we could not enjoy the pool at any other time. A heater would definitely make the pool a better place to relax and enjoy at any time during the day. In addition, a water mat or something of the sort in the ocean cove would have been great. The only downfall of the entire property is the noise of the traffic that can be heard from inside the home. The traffic does get better as the evening progresses, but it was something that we had to adjust to. Thank you Luxe Grand Villa for a perfect getaway!

Amazing Villa!
Came with a group of 14 people, pictures don’t do it justice! Had an amazing time at the villa, more than enough space both indoor and outdoor for all of our desires. Chef literally ruined any other type of vacation for me because her food the best! All meals were exactly what we needed and she went above and beyond to work with us to accommodate any dietary restrictions. The rest of the staff was great, from our girl Kameisha the houskeeper and BJ/Ash. We can’t wait to come back!

Spacious House, Great Staff and Food
My siblings and I and our families had a great time at this property. The views, the pool, the beach, and the ocean are all wonderful. The bedrooms, living room and family room are spacious. But the best part of this villa is the Staff. Cristina is a fantastic cook and an even better person. She cooked a wide variety of dishes, was able to work around dietary restrictions, and cooked for kids and adults alike. She even made a special birthday cake for my 12 year-old nephew. Ashani and BJ were great butlers, but they were much more than that. Ashani in particular was present 24x7. He kayaked with us to the nearby restaraunt where we saw tarpon swimming next to shore. He also tended a great bar. He and BJ played a mean game of ping pong and billiards. All of the staff made us feel very welcome. Cleveland, our driver, was a trip. He took us everywhere with a smile and kept us safe. And Deana, the concierge, was a great resource to help us plan excursions and ensure we had a great time. She even had COVID tests done for us at the house the day before we returned to the US. The only negative to this property is the noise, as the house is next to the main road, and trucks and motorcycles can be heard regularly, especially during the morning and evening rush hour.

Best Vacay Ever!
Every year our small company takes our Top Sales Team members, management and spouses on a trip. Typically we choose an all-inclusive resort. Because we had a smaller group this year, we chose to rent a home. BEST DECISION EVER! We even ended up extending our stay another night because we did not want to leave!!! From the house, to the food, to the recommended excursions, to the amazing staff, everything was perfect! We arrived to warm smiles & hugs from the staff and a stunning view. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. We all loved Cleveland, our driver, who took us to the best souvenir shop upon our arrival and on our way back to the airport! Deana made planning & scheduling & adding on so seamless! Christina outdid herself at every single meal...each one better than the last. Kamesha & Mishka were so sweet & friendly & helpful. BJ & Ashani made sure that we had everything we needed at any given moment during our stay. Those 2 boys made our stay better than we could have ever expected and they definitely became part of our family. BJ & Ashani made each one of us feel like royalty and spoiled us way more than we deserved! Lots of hugs were shared and tears shed upon our departure. No one wanted to leave and we cannot wait to come back!

Wow..I really can’t put into words how amazing my vacation was and how amazing the staff and the house is. From the beginning Deana the concierge was 100% on point with preparing everything we needed for our arrival. She answered all my questions promptly and ensured everything was put together. The pictures do not do this house or view any justice. Once you arrive you are greeted with such a warm and happy welcoming, you walk into the house and you see such a beautiful view. I couldn’t get over the view, everyday waking up was like the first time seeing it all over again. We were a group of 12 for 7 days and had more than plenty space for everyone. Everything was spotless and clean. Besides the house being everything and more, the staff really made our vacation one we will never forget. Kamisha the house keeper went above and beyond for us. Everything that we asked her to do she did with a smile. She truly went above and beyond doing a few things she didn’t need to do (ironing and sewing a last minute rip in dress). She also did a wonderful job at decorating one of the rooms for a birthday. We were so grateful to have her there with us. Christina the chef and Mishka the assistant WOW! Every single dish was 5 stars!! From the representation to the taste. I am truly missing her food right now. She was very accommodating to changes/food restrictions/allergies in our group. The food was always freshly made and on time. Christina did a great job at mixing American and Caribbean food to give us a taste of both. The house was fully stocked with groceries and snacks. The process of making a grocery list/menu was easy and both Christina and Deana were very helpful. We never had wasted food as Christina made sure the portions were spot on. Everything was delicious! Even a simple salad was so flavorful. Thank you so much!! BJ & Ashani the butlers. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. They ensured all 12 of us had everything we needed and were comfortable at all times. They went above and beyond with every single task. It rained on my birthday and they moved all my decorations/balloons inside so I was still able to have my birthday dinner. That meant so much to me and I really appreciate it. I can go on and on all day on how amazing the staff was but you get the point. Thank you so much for your great hospitality. I vacation a lot and this surpassed my expectations. You all made my 30th an unforgettable one! For my friends and myself!

Amazing...but
The staff, house and view were amazing. But...the house was right beside the main road and the noise from the large trucks coming thru was extremely loud. The trucks would start around 4:30 am and continue into the evening. The noise made it difficult to sleep. The view was great but if you looked to your left you saw large ships being loaded. I do have to say that the staff was exceptional...and the food surpassed all expectations.

You are on vacation
Often you see pictures of a really nice place and assume it has been photo shopped. Hence, we braced ourselves for a bit of a let down as the pictures looked too good to be true. This is not the case, believe the pictures, the rooms, the pool, the ocean, the sunset - just literally amazing. With 8 adults and 7 teens/ young adults, never felt cramped - lots of places to stretch out. The pool was bigger than we imagined. The bay waters were clear and calm respective to other areas we have been in Jamaica allowing us to snorkel, kayak, and paddle board. The way the house is designed, there is plenty of shade to escape the sun or to just sun bathe as you desire. However, the best part is the staff. 5 glorious individuals who made us feel at home and pampered us throughout. The food was amazing; even when we ate out, we said - Christina's food is better than this. BJ, Shion, Kareema, and Mishka were just fantastic in making sure our desires were met and keeping us entertained. Deeana did a tremendous job of helping us with the various arrangements. None of this is easy with 15 different desires! Thank you for such a great time and miss it already.

Pure Magic in Disco Bay
No review would do our experience at the villa justice. We came to celebrate a birthday and got a great deal more than that. The villa, the views, and the location were perfect. Mother Nature shows off every night with out of this world sunsets and the brightest light show of stars and moon. The only thing that exceeded the villa itself was the staff. Their warmth and incredible hospitality welcomed us every minute of our time spent as their guests. Deana was pleasure to communicate with and made planning so simple. In the villa, everything was spotless and in its place thanks to Ms. Roxeanna. Getting to know her in our brief time there was a true blessing. Chef Christina serves up dish after dish of the most mouth watering meals, presented beautifully - she even made bread pudding a delicacy! We couldn’t get enough. Garfield lights up any room, and you know you’ll get whatever you need with a smile and a kind word. You don’t meet many people like that. BJ, the on-site property manager, was with us every minute and took the utmost care to ensure our experience was the best it possibly could be, problem solving anything that came up with calm and confidence. Mishka’s kindness was something we felt instantly and were lucky enough to have around us every day of our stay. Mr. Cleveland made sure we got where we needed on time and with some very pleasant scenic stops along the way. His tunes in the van are always a vibe too. Everyone was so thoughtful and gave more to us more than duty called. The entire staff worked hard during our visit and there was nothing we asked for that we didn’t get. It’s a bit of a cliche to say that they made us feel like family, but they really did make us feel like family! We are so fortunate to have met them. Finally, we are so grateful to everyone for celebrating with us and reminding us of the best Jamaica (and really life) has to offer. We will definitely be staying in touch and coming back to Discovery Bay.

We have family in Jamaica now
I can't even begin to explain how amazing the staff is, the house, the food, but I will try. Deana made the planning so easy. All questions answered quickly. Cleveland drove us everywhere. Knew the best shops. Is so funny. Such a good time being around him. Roxanne is the kindest soul you will ever know. Amazing at her job. Cleans up even if you're not used to being waited on. Negil is such a good guy. He takes his job so seriously and will help out with anything! Then we have Christina. I am a food person. Her food is sooo amazing. I have never tasted such skill in dishes. It's literally made with love and nobody does it better. We got to laugh, chat, share stories and memories with all of them. The trip changed our lives and these people made it more than we could imagine. The home is beautiful and I'm just trying to figure out how to go back!!! Thank you so much!!!

Private beach villa
The home was beautiful and loved the pool and private beach area. The location is directly on a main road so traffic is heard from 5am onwards and even at night. The rooms and bathrooms are all very well appointed and they all have an amazing view! The staff was good but could certainly use some professional hospitality training. There was no turn down service or replenishment of towels unless requested. The “butler” service is not as you’d expect at a 5 star resort or home... The chef, Christina is talented and made wonderful meals but the staff should be further trained on providing service while guests dine, such as refilling coffee, serving water, and also having unlimited supplies of coffee, hot water, toast without making requests for it while dining. It would have also been nice to have the option to dine family style or served at the table. Overall, we had an amazing stay! We enjoyed the pool both during the day and at night. The beach area next to the home was shared with the condos across the street but felt like our own, since we were the only ones there. The sand was amazing on the beach and especially in the water! The staff did bring out cocktails and the fresh coconut water we requested which was awesome!

Yah Mon! The people at Luxe Grand made this vacation the best experience!
There just not enough good things we could say about Luxe Grand Villa. Our trip was defined by the love shared with us by the staff of the home. Ms. Deana worked closely with us as we prepared for our stay, ensuring every need and request was considered. Once we arrived we were greeted by Ms. Christina and the team with warm smiles and cool towels to wash off the stress of our travels. We were immediately served a delicious lunch while the staff took our bags to our rooms. Ms. Christina prepared gourmet meals that we would have paid high dollar for in any fancy restaurant. From the lobster and steak down to the breakfast eggs and pancakes, every dish was prepared to our customized flavor and with love. She accommodated every request we had for food and in the end we just wanted to eat whatever she had as long as it was from her. Luxe Grand Villa has an absolute gem in her! Her kindness and love with our children and grandchildren was the icing on her Jamaican flavored cake! Mr. Lee was Ms. Christina's sous chef and also drove us to our excursions. He was always happy and excited to see us, helped prepare the amazing food while somehow still having the time to drive us to and from our outings every day. He shared his heart for his family and his country with us as we would drive. And you can tell that he truly leads the staff at the villa in kindness and fun towards each other and the guests. Our two butlers were Garfield and Nigel. They were both exactly what we needed and loved on our vacation. Every need that we had was met even before we thought about it. Our daughters were able to relax by the pool, drink in hand, while Garfield and Nigel played with the kids in the pool - the ultimate vacation for any mom. My wife and I were overwhelmed by the level of relaxation we were able to enjoy thanks to these guys meeting every need. Roxanne kept the home clean and organized and braided the kids hair too! Her kindness was overwhelming! Cleveland was also a pleasure to have as a 2nd driver. The home itself is exactly as it is pictured in the listing. Beautiful, clean, modern, and incredible. The road noise was a bit loud but the view of the bay is breathtaking from every room of the home. The pool is luxurious. The beach is calm and great for snorkeling. We recommend life jackets for small children for safety. We have travelled all over the world but we can confidently say this was a top 3 vacation because of the people in our villa. Thank you!

A delightful time
Everything was perfect! The private beach, fire lit dinners, watersports and excursions were all handled by the amazing staff. Chef Christina is A STAR!!!! Deana is incredibly attentive and helpful.

Best Vacation Ever
The photos of this property do it no justice, the place is amazing and exactly as shown in the photos. Our vacation started with the planning, the concierge was great at handling all our trips, transportation and menu. The staff were just over the top fantastic, the food, I cant tell you enough about the food it was like eating at a 10 star restaurant!!! The butlers, tended to any little thing we needed. the family enjoyed kayaking and paddle-boarding, and the beach. I cannot wait to go back! Best Vacation ever!

Amazing House with even better views!
Great house with an amazing staff! The house was very clean and each bedroom has its own AC unit which is very nice to cool down from the Jamaican sun. Deana, the house concierge was more than helpful! She made planning everything from excursions to dinners (the food prepared by the chefs was amazing), to even decorations for the house a breeze. She went above and beyond! My favorite part of the trip had to be Patrick! His service by far exceeded expectations! He made sure everyones stay was 10/10! I would recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a great time with great service!

This review is left by a guest who stayed with us and enjoyed their stay. They abused our home and refused to settle their invoices. They had a great time having about 70 persons at a party (Breach of COVID-19 laws) which was not authorized as we do not allow events. They had additional persons stay in the house (not authorized) and tried to lie about it and hide it. They requested that we pre-stock the house with groceries and left refusing to pay the bill. The list goes on. We would like to reassure our future guests that there is not one thing horrible about this property, this renter is a fraud and is known to have done it to other homes in the area. Should further clarification be needed please feel free to contact us.

Fantastic Vacation
The house is gorgeous and exactly as presented in the pictures! Everything, including the pool and private beach area is very well maintained. As far as the staff, they were amazing!!! The chefs were incredible, we just gave them a general idea of what we wanted to eat and they made it all happen. My family had a really nice stay at this properly. It felt like our own private high end hotel. I would 100% book again.
