“It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. ”

“The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was amazing. The bed was comfy. I wish the floors were cleaner; rugs were dirty as was the bathroom floor. Our space was quite warm at 74 with no ability to adjust, kept opening the window. Also the tv/wifi didnt seem to work. Unable to load anything to watch.”

“This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....
