No Smoking: No smoking inside the property to keep it fresh and clean. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.

No Pets: No pets allowed (Violation fee $500)

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is
violated there will be a charge of $1,000.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.

Please respect our home and community as you would your own, turn off propane fire pit after each use

Place all household trash in bags and dispose in the outdoor trash can.
