“Overall the accommodation's and location were excellent for our stay. The building and parking facilities just suited our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone who is coming to the city for a few days.”

“We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was as it was described. Clean, etc. Great view, even if it was of down town Winnipeg. Property owners were great dealing with them on early check in. 5 to them. We had an issue with the balcony door and it was dealt with promptly. A few more blankets in the property would have been helpful. Will 100% stay again. ”

“Door right on the street had multiple people trying to get in through the night. Blood on the bed and the walls.but a very nice interior design one blind that faced the street was missing.”

“On 4 PM arrival, apartment had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived at 6 PM and completed cleaning at 7 PM. The pictured bedside lamp didn't have a shade. The owner replaced the lamp and refunded 30% of my first day's rent to compensate for the uncleaned apartment. As noted by a previous guest, the photos don't show the heavily stained and ridged carpet or two holes punched in the bathroom door. When I asked about those matters, the owner wrote: "There are no issues with the unit." False. The...

“YWG's annual Open Doors week-end is a great time to visit this city and stay in a property owned by people who are totally "open doors" in welcoming, caring and ensuring the happiness of their guests. ”

“Very funky place - great layout - cooking and kitchen facilities well equipped and fun for entertaining”

“We stayed over a week on business pleasure trip, 2 bars, 2 baths perfect. Place is clean, modern, amazing views from 14th floor. Only complaint is there was no fob to enter the building and use for the gym and top floor meeting room which was a great inconvenience, building security let us in the gym but there should be a fob. ”

“Great place to stay, just as the pictures show. The city view was awesome. Glasshouse is a great location and very convenient building. 1210 could use some deep cleaning - walls have splatter, bottom of cupboards, minor repairs needed toilet paper holder needs tightening as roll keeps falling off, spring in couch either broken or needs fixing. All very minor issues. Overall a great stay and would stay again.”
