Me and my wife stayed here for 2 nights. When we arrived we were greeted with 2 guys that carried our bags and another one that welcomed us to the hotel. When we got to the lobby we got a welcome drink on a patio when our room was getting ready (the ac turned on, our bags carried to the room).
