Villa Aria is a brand-new, modern villa located just 50 meters from the sea, in the peaceful village of Klimno on the island of Krk. This villa is the perfect choice for those seeking a tranquil retreat right by the sea. With a spacious area of 220 m², spread across two floors (ground and first floor), Villa Aria comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The heated pool and underfloor heating make it ideal for holidays not only in summer but also in early spring and late autumn.
Upon entering, a spacious hallway leads to an open-plan area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 65-inch TV with satellite channels, making it a perfect spot to relax. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an induction stove, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and all necessary cooking and serving utensils.
The ground floor also features a bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, spacious wardrobe, and desk. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. A guest toilet is also accessible from the hallway.
