"Fantastic service, nice beach and good location, but in need of renovation. The toilet had no sink, you have to leave the toilet and walk through the room to the shower room to wash hands. The room ventilation was very noisy. Some elevators were not working and pool filtration did not seem to work very well. Several fountains were also turned off and in need of renovation. "

"Clean and fresh room. Comfortable bed. Nice gift in the bathroom. Have a beachside which due to the the lowering water level is a short walk down. Beachbeds and parasols both on the beach and by the pools. Several pools both for children and adults. Average breakfast with few jordanian influenses, plus for the on demand omelet and good service. Very friendly staff everywhere, a special shout out to the receptionist Ibrahim who went out of his way to help us and was super friendly. Big parkinglot."
