Lisa, the host, was wonderful, responded to my text in a timely fashion & gave a great recommendation to go to Edward Ball park & boat ride to see alligators & beautiful birds at historic park our grandchildren weren’t w/ us but a great house for children’s/ game room etc,, thanks Lisa”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells, and really appreciated how close to nature the area is — including an unexpected bear sighting!We stayed in December, which was a great time to visit: cool and chilly mornings and evenings, with sunny, comfortably warm days. “We (my wife and I) had a nice quiet stay. Check-in was easy and the location is just off 98 in Carrabelle so it's super easy to find. There was a firepit in the back with wood already on site and we used it both nights we were there. In previous reviews, I read the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. To me, the water pressure seemed normal. There was also ground coffee and coffee filters on site, and we used those too. I did notice the coffee cups and other cups we used didn't...
