“I liked the room, the location of the hotel. I liked that the owner brought us tea upon our arrival at the hotel. The facility was clean, spacious and it felt like home away from home. The owner's daughter Shauna, helped me tremendously as I unfortunately had a fall outside of the hotel and Shauna assisted me greatly with ice packs, special pain gel for my knee and also allowed me to have a lower level accommodation as it was difficult for me to manage the steps. “Wanted a guest house experience on my visit (other site was a villa) and they delivered. Wonderful location with night sounds that didn’t disappoint! Restaurant onsite was good, local food and drink. Walkable to hot springs! Mosquito nets work but more screening needed, space between where the wall ends and roof begins. Fans is all you need, wooded area keeps things cool at night. Wish we had hot water option in shower but temp was said to be refreshing by partner.”
