“When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...

“The most unpleasant part for me was the parking situation. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Other than that, the house was very clean and peaceful. Thank up for the detergent pods, that is a plus and very thoughtful. One downside to our visit, I cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner when we stay at a place at the beach. Just for you to know that the toaster in Cottage #2 is not working properly, would be a good idea to replace it....

We rented bikes for the week and could easily zip over to the Gulf, or up and down the key. Being able to gaze out at the bay day and night was lovely. July sunrises happen directly across the bay as witnessed from either the screened-in lanai or out on the dock. If you’re lucky, you might see a manatee or dolphin swim by. The unit was clean, bright and cheery. The...
