“We had a great start here. The property was beautiful. My only note to other guests is that the grill is charcoal and we were not aware we needed to bring our own charcoal. It is not available on the island, make sure to bring your own!!! Other than that, everything was fantastic. Beautiful property, and a huge unexpected plus was how close it was to the beach. ”

“Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house.”

“We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled...

“My husband and i came from VA to spend time near our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Port Charlotte. This home was great for our family gatherings. We spent a lot of time in the headed pool. The smaller children enjoyed the swings. The neighborhood was real peaceful and convenient to anything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely like to come back here.”
