“The room was clean. A bit small and decor was simple. Room lighting could be improved upon. Bathroom was large but we had trouble getting a hot shower. UK shower arrangements are often a puzzle. Separate hot water switches and not in the bathroom. Instructions would help for those guests that are unfamiliar. “Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs.
