“Lägenheten är i dåligt skick, fläckar på väggarna, hårda sängar och låg standard i badrum (tex mögel i duschen). Det luktar rök i lägenheten fast den ska vara rökfri. Men det som gjorde oss besvikna var att gardinstången hade gått sönder och hängde för hela fönstret och köksbordet hade lossnat när vi öppnade lägenheten, och det fanns även smutstvätt (lakan och handdukar) kvar i lägenheten, se bilder. Vi hörde genast av oss till det lokala Happy Rentals teamet och ville ha hjälp med att laga och...

“Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!”

“This apartment was in an awesome location with a spectacular view of the lake. The place was clean with a ton of storage space, but pretty sparsely appointed. We had some difficulty gaining access, as the wonderful italy management process required a contract and tourism tax be paid prior to arrival. Communcation was through WhatsApp and I have better, more prompt response with other properties. Bellagio is a beautiful town but also very busy with tourists. In hindsight, staying at one of the...

“Lovely location and good view from outside space. We had to phone twice in an hour to get the check in information after 3pm. The shower was blocked and very very mouldy on arrival. The blockage was fixed but remained very dirty. Their was a lack of facilities - main light not working in bedroom, bedroom and kitchen not in same apartment, no cover for duvet, only see through net curtains, only one dinner sized bowl/plate, very dirty sofa in kitchen space, stale smell throughout on arrival. ”
